Shipping policy

We make an effort to keep shipping charges as low as possible.

All orders over $150AUD are eligible for free standard shipping.

All orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on public holidays or weekends. Orders made on these days will be shipped the next business day.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Australia Post shipping times are to be used as a guide only, and they do experience delays during busy shipping periods.

During seasonal holidays (e.g. Christmas) we may experience a high volume of orders and our shipping time may increase. Please allow additional days for delivery during these times.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and shown at checkout. All orders are sent with tracking.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. This will include your tracking number.

If in the unlikely event you do not receive your order, Australia Post is available for all delivery enquiries.
