Refund policy

Change of mind

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or return for change of mind.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Missing Items

If an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days to correct the issue with proof of purchase. If a missing item is under $5 a refund may be issued.

Custom Items

Any custom items and vinyl that has been cut to size is not valid for exchange or refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
